1.  On 20th June 2001, CyberFund Pte Ltd was acquired by Cheryl Koh Lay Choo making her
     the founding director with 18,300 shares at S$1.00 per share.  The LAN Gaming shop at
     People's Park Centre was closed down & 15 units of white box computers were leased to
     CyberCom in GINZA Plaza in Singapore.

2.  On 20th September 2002, CyberFund Pte Ltd acquired Pirates Gamescape.Com, the first
     Internet gaming center with 45 units of advanced computers at 3 shops at Katong Mall in
     Singapore for S$160,000.

3.  On 1st June 2003, CyberFund Pte Ltd acquired Cybermania Internet Café with 30 advanced
     computers at Katong Mall in Singapore and resold to Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd on
     1st July 2003 for S$180,000 making a clean profit of S$50,000 after upgrading & turning
     it into a profitable LAN gaming shop.

     On 10th June 2003, Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd was established to acquire
     depreciated assets of profitable businesses from CyberFund Pte Ltd.

     On 29th July 2003, CyberFund (Cambodia) Pte Ltd was established to be the Cambodian
     investment company as the regional business expansion for CyberFund Pte Ltd and Cyber
     Asset Management Pte Ltd.  After investing S$188,100 in Cambodia, a wholly owned
     business license,hotel & restaurant license & 20,000 acres of agricultural land were obtained.

4.  On 1st March 2004, CyberFund Ptd Ltd acquired Red Hot Internet Café with 38 computers
     at 63 East Coast Road for S$200,000.

     On 1st October 2004, CyberFund Pte Ltd acquired Heaven City at 71 East Coast Road for
     S$80,000 & merged with Pirates Gamescape.Com that wanted to move out of Katong Mall.

5.  On 1st April 2005, CyberFund (Cambodia) Pte Ltd established CyberFund Business Class
     Hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh City, Kingdom of Cambodia & stopped operation on 1st
     August 2005 due to high rental and electricity charge.  The total US$80,000 investment
     from Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd can be justified when the commercial building is
     purchased and converted into a hotel, Internet business center and medical center with the
     existing CyberFund Hotel License.  At least 50% capital gain is achieved on the purchase
     value of the acquired property if Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd supports CyberFund
     (Cambodia) Pte Ltd to buy a building at US$500,000 and convert into Bed & Breakfast Hotel,
     Internet Business Center and Medical Center.  Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd is planning
     to invest S$500,000 in the purchase of the commercial building for business class hotel,
     Internet Business Center and medical center in Cambodia.

     On 23rd June 2005, Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd established Superior Internet Café
     at 73 Temple Street in Singapore and merged with Cybermania Internet Café.  However,
     the operation has stopped after 12 months due to high rental.

     Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd plans to consolidate the Internet business with CyberFund
     Pte Ltd and seek venture partners for year 2005.

6.  On 7th January 2006, CyberFund Pte Ltd acquired CyberWorld at 67 East Coast Road with
     19 units of computers for SS$160,000.  In 2006, CyberFund Pte Ltd sold the 3 Internet
     Cafes to Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd and concentrate on developing regional
     businesses on business class hotels, commercial & agricultural lands development and
     petroleum trade particularly in Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Philippines and Africa.

7.  From year 2007 till 2008, Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd enhances the 3 Internet Cafes
     with an Asian Entrepreneur Academy that trains venture partners into corporate leaders
     managing business organization in Asia Pacific region.  As a result, US$6 million venture
     funds & US$4 million worth of crude oil are secured for the next growth - A Billion $ Empire!
