Pte Ltd is incorporated on 10th June 2003 with S$1,107,813
paid up capital and led by Director/CEO,
Darren Yee Ee Lim who is supported by VP Finance,
Cheryl Koh Lay Choo and Corporate Advisor,
Richard Lim See Fong. It is located at 71 East
Coast Road, Singapore 428779.
Mission:
Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd shall become a venture firm that
works with strategic venture partners and associate companies in the
effort to create a chain of viable businesses in Singapore, Cambodia
& Vietnam in the area of food, lodging, entertainment & Internet
Café.
The
Cheapest Internet Cafes in Singapore with advanced computers and fast
broadband.
Objectives:
a. To maintain a chain of Internet Cafes at 63, 67 &
71 East Coast Road as the cheapest Internet
Cafes in Singapore @ S$1.00 per hour.
b. To improve the CyberFund SOHO Hotel & Coffee House
@ 67A & 71A East Coast Road.
c. To merge the Internet Cafes with Katong Soya Bean
Cafe @ 43 East Coast Road & Geylang.
d. To expand CyberFund SOHO Hotel & Coffee House
to Chinatown.
e. To setup a jewellery & gift shop in Chinatown.
f. Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd will work closely with
CyberFund Pte Ltd and CyberFund
(Cambodia) Pte Ltd on the develpment of
the business class hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
g. Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd will work closely
with the branch managers in Hanoi and Ho
Chi Min, Vietnam on the development of
business class hotel and agriculture.

f. To identify the appropriate location for the development of
CyberFund SOHO Hotel & Coffee
House in Chinatown.
g. To expand Red Hot Internet Cafe and CyberWorld Communications
to Cambodia.
h. To improve the management skills on leadership and teamwork.
i. To diversify the investment to Vietnam.
j. To reward the staff with better incentives and training program.

2. CyberFund Pte Ltd
is incorporated on 2nd January 2001 with S$753,380 paid up capital and
led by Director/CEO, Cheryl Koh Lay Choo.
Mission:
A Singapore Investment Company that focuses on regional business development
particularly in business class hotels, agricultural land development
projects and marine & construction to support humanitarian projects
in less developed countries.
Humanitarian Investment in the Kingdom
of Cambodia
To develop a 20,000 acres of agricultural land in the Northern part
of the Tang Krasang - Santuk River at Kompong Thom Province (150km from
Phnom Penh City) for generating rural economy and reducing poverty.
Currently, this project is placed top cabinet priority and fully
backed by US$16 million ADB poverty fund. The Federal Republic
of Germany and the World Food Programme contribute to the initial phase
of the rural development project providing agricultural land for 100
families living in a very difficult and barely survive condition. The
20,000 acres of agricultural land is economically useless because of
the limited rainfall in Cambodia. Most of the time, the villagers
suffered from drought and depend on only one season planting during
a very short raining period that can only produce and feed for themselves
for 6 months. The village headman was very delighted when we showed
them our letter of understanding of developing the place for 30 years
on BOT basis. Shortage of water and jobless are the prime immediate
concern undertaken by the Association of Multinational Farmers For Assistance
& Development (AMFAD), Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry
of Water Resources & Meteorology.
CyberFund Hotel is a joint venture business between CyberFund
(Cambodia) Pte Ltd and Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd commencing on
1st April 2005 after signing a 10 years' lease of US$6,000 monthly rental
from the 5-storey building owner, Mdm Hout Keam who managed the premise
as Tai Seng Hotel for many years. The 52 rooms hotel is located
in the heart of Phnom Penh city at 56-58 Preah Monivong Blvd, Phnom
Penh. It is very convenient and easily accessed to the airport
(15 mins) and commercial & government offices within walking distance. The
owner took back the hotel after a year of operation with mutual consent
and Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd retained the hotel & restaurant
license that can be used for future development.
Vietnam Investment:
Objectives:
a. CyberFund Cambodia Pte Ltd incorporated in the
Kingdom of Cambodia on 29th July 2003 - A
humanitarian investment on the development
of 20,000 acres of agricultural land worth US$20
million in Kampong Thom province accorded
to Mr Richard Lim See Fong by the Association of
Multinational Farmers for Assistance and
Development (AMFAD) with top cabinet priority and
US$16 million approved loan from Asian
Development Bank. CyberFund Cambodia Pte Ltd
shall purchase a building for expansion
of the business class hotel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
b. CyberFund Vietnam Ltd shall be incorporated in
Vietnam by late 2009 for the development of
agricultural land in Ha Nam province in
Hanoi, Vietnam. In addition, CyberFund Vietnam Ltd
shall develop a business class hotel with
business centre & restaurant in Ho Chi Min, Vietnam.

as the Branch Manager of
CyberFund (Cambodia) Pte Ltd, Helen Nguyen
Thi Van Anh as the Branch Manager of
CyberFund (Vietnam) Ltd and Merto Gomez
Manucduc as the Branch Manager of CyberFund
(Philippines) Pte Ltd.
Conclusion:
a. Director/CEO, Cheryl Koh Lay Choo suggested that the management
should upgrade with a
degree in international business conducted
by Management Development Institute of
Singapore in collaboration with Southern
Cross University, Australia.
b. VP Marketing, Darren Yee Ee Lim recommended the 2 Branch
Managers in Cambodia and
Vietnam with attractive pay and training
incentive to enhance their commitment to fulfill the
mission and objectives of CyberFund Pte

5th June 2009 and
led by Director/CEO, Cheryl Koh Lay Choo
and Director, Darren Yee Ee Lim.
