     businesses particularly in hotels, restaurants, Internet Cafes to support regional investment.

         incorporated on 5th June 2009 with a paid up capital of S$250,002 catering economic
         meals & Internet surfing to office workers and foreign expatriates in Singapore at very fair
         price.
     

     *  CyberFund SOHO Hotel & Restaurant Pte Ltd at 103/105 East Coast Road, Singapore
         428797/428798 incorporated on 12th October 2009 with a paid up capital of S$525,684
         specializing in popular local food for middle income families and night entertainment
         workers.
     

     *  CyberAsset SOHO Hotel & Restaurant Pte Ltd at 71 East Coast Road, Singapore
         428779 is incorporated on 21st December 2009 for the acquisition and merging of
         CyberFund SOHO Hotel & Coffee House and Heaven City Internet Cafe.

        437095 is incorporated in 2009 with a paid up capital of S$401,879 offering a wide range of
        traditional local food at fair price for middle income families, foreign students & expatriates.
     

b.  CyberFund Pte Ltd is a regional investment company incorporated on 2nd January 2001 with
     S$753,380 paid up capital and led by Director/CEO, Cheryl Koh Lay Choo located at 63 East
     Coast Road, Singapore 428776 handling regional investment to support humanitarian projects
     in less developed countries.

      *  CyberFund (Cambodia) Pte Ltd at 32E1, St 318 Sangkat Toulsvay Prey 1, Khan
          ChamKamorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia is incorporated on 29th July 2003 with a paid up
          capital of 431,283,752 riels.
     
     Humanitarian Investment in the Kingdom of Cambodia
     To develop a 20,000 acres of agricultural land in the Northern part of the Tang Krasang -
     Santuk River at Kompong Thom Province (150km from Phnom Penh City) for generating rural
     economy and reducing poverty.  Currently, this project is placed top cabinet priority and fully
     backed by US$16 million ADB poverty fund.  The Federal Republic of Germany and the World
     Food Programme contribute to the initial phase of the rural development project providing
     agricultural land for 100 families living in a very difficult and barely survive condition.  The
     20,000 acres of agricultural land is economically useless because of the limited rainfall in
     Cambodia.  Most of the time, the villagers suffered from drought and depend on only one
     season planting during a very short raining period that can only produce and feed for
     themselves for 6 months.  The village headman was very delighted when we showed them our
     letter of understanding of developing the place for 30 years on BOT basis.  Shortage of water
     and jobless are the prime immediate concern undertaken by the Association of Multinational
     Farmers For Assistance & Development (AMFAD), Ministry of Rural Development & Ministry of
     Water Resources & Meteorology.
   
   
   
   
     CyberFund Hotel is a joint venture business between CyberFund (Cambodia) Pte Ltd & Cyber
     Asset Management Pte Ltd commencing on 1st April 2005 after signing a 10 years' lease of
     US$6,000 monthly rental from the 5-storey building owner, Mdm Hout Keam who managed the
     premise as Tai Seng Hotel for many years.  The 52 rooms hotel is located in the heart of
     Phnom Penh city at 56-58 Preah Monivong Blvd, Phnom Penh.  It is very convenient & easily
     accessed to the airport (15 mins) and commercial & government offices within walking
     distance.  The owner took back the hotel after a year of operation with mutual consent and
     Cyber Asset Management Pte Ltd retained the hotel & restaurant license that can be used for
     future development.

     *  CyberFund Vietnam Joint Venture Enterprise at Ap 3 Xa Vi Thanh, Huyen Vi Thuy,
         Tinh Hau Giang, Thanh Pho Can Tho, Vietnam.  After several years of social works in
         Vietnam, CyberFund Pte Ltd had invested a substantial sum on agricultural and arable
         farming in Vietnam to provide technology and finance for the poor families who are willing
         to work hard and improve their livelihood.  In addition, CyberFund Pte Ltd funds the
         development of a community centre and cooperative store for the poor farmers.
